Session 17: financing water infrastructure in the MENA region

Building on the Arab Fund, World Bank, and IDRA session in Kuwait, this workshop turns to the practical question of how MENA's water infrastructure gets paid for. It brings development finance institutions and regional funders together with project sponsors to talk through risk, blended finance, and the deal structures that move projects from plan to construction.
