Appearing as Presenter
Speaking on Operations

A researcher at the Saudi Water Authority working within the Sustainability and Advanced Materials Department. I hold a bachelor’s degree in Nanoscience and Technology, a master’s degree in Nanotechnology, and a PhD in Electrochemistry. My doctoral research focused on electroanalysis and the electrosynthesis of composite nanofilms for advanced filtration applications.

My current research centers on water quality and water-material chemistry, with particular emphasis on disinfection processes. My work also includes the development of electrochemical systems for boron removal and recovery, electrochemical oxidation of bromide to bromine from brine water, and the design of sensors for urgent and emerging pollutants. My research integrates electrochemistry, nanomaterials, and environmental engineering to advance innovative and sustainable solutions for the water sector.
