Biography

With 30 years of distinguished experience, Reza is an NER & RPEQ-certified Principal Process Engineer specializing in chemical, water, and environmental engineering. He possesses deep expertise in membrane technology and process system design, with a particular focus on water desalination, mineralisation, Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD), and advanced water and wastewater treatment using innovative hybrid membrane systems.

Reza's career encompasses scientific research, industrial application, and project leadership, guiding complex water infrastructure projects from initial concept and tendering through detailed design, commissioning, and optimization. A proven ability to deliver sustainable and innovative solutions marks his extensive industrial track record. Complementing his industry roles, Reza has significant academic experience, having taught in universities and industrial workshops since 1986. His contributions to the field are further evidenced by over 60 papers presented at international conferences and 14 published papers.
