Biography
Natalia Franco Clavijo is a PhD Candidate at King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (KAUST). Her research focuses on membrane fouling and mineral scaling in reverse osmosis desalination. She uses membrane fouling simulators and in situ optical coherence tomography to generate practical insight into scaling behavior, supporting the development of chemical-free, operation-based strategies relevant to industrial desalination systems.
