Dr. Musaab Habib Bangash

Biography

Dr. Musaab Habib Bangash is a Civil Engineer serving as Deputy Director (Technical) in the Public Health Engineering Department, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan. He holds a PhD in Civil Engineering with a focus on drinking water quality, chlorination by-products, and treatment processes. His professional work includes technical planning, design review, and monitoring of water supply and sanitation projects, including development-partner-supported initiatives. His research interests include disinfection by-product formation, reverse osmosis and filtration performance, groundwater-based water systems, and practical solutions for improving drinking water safety. He integrates academic research with field-based experience to address water quality challenges in resource-constrained settings.
