Mr. Berlin Ng

Biography

Berlin Ng is an NPI Engineer at Gradiant, with three years of experience in the water treatment industry. He specializes in Counter-Flow Reverse Osmosis (CFRO) technology, membrane research and development, and advanced desalination processes, including seawater desalination, MLD, and ZLD systems.

At Gradiant, Berlin works across the full CFRO product lifecycle, spanning technology development, system design, performance modelling and projection, membrane characterization, and validation testing. His work plays a key role in the commercialization of CFRO membranes and integrated solutions, bridging fundamental membrane science with real-world industrial deployment.

With a strong focus on translating R&D into scalable, reliable systems, Berlin is particularly interested in optimizing membrane performance, system efficiency, and operational robustness for complex water challenges. He brings a hands-on, engineering-driven perspective to advancing next-generation desalination and water reuse technologies.
