Biography
Eloy Pita is M. Sc. Civil Engineer and CEO of INCREA. He graduated in Madrid and Paris in 1991. He is one of the main specialists in marine pipes design. He started working in the construction company Dragados, as the Technical Manager of Marine Works division. Then he worked for two Consulting Companies, specialized in Marine Projects. In 2006 he created his own Company where he is dealing with complex projects related to water intakes, sealines and outfalls all around the world, specially for desalination plants.
