Haytham is an accomplished Director of Engineering with over 25 years of experience in the water treatment and desalination industries, specializing in reverse osmosis, pump systems, and energy‑recovery technologies. His career spans major projects across the MENA.

He brings deep expertise across the full lifecycle of SWRO systems, including design, manufacturing, project management, operation, and maintenance. This broad technical foundation enables him to develop and implement advanced solutions that optimize system performance and reliability.

Haytham’s work includes leading innovations in SWRO system design, membrane performance optimization, and economically driven pressure‑control strategies. His contributions have helped reduce concentration polarization, mitigate biofouling, and extend membrane lifetime. He is also recognized for building and mentoring top‑tier engineering teams, identifying and developing technical talent, and guiding large‑scale projects from concept to successful execution.
