Raúl García Fernández is the Cox Water Engineering Director, bringing more than 22 years of specialized experience in the water industry. Since earning his engineering degree from the University of Málaga, Raúl has dedicated his career to the design and construction of water treatment plants and critical water infrastructure worldwide.

Throughout his professional journey, Raúl has led the engineering development of numerous large‑scale projects. As an example, he served as Engineering Manager for the Taweelah Desalination Plant, currently the largest reverse osmosis (RO) desalination facility in the world.

Raúl currently leads the Cox Water engineering department, where he directs and coordinates the full development of all Cox Water projects, ensuring technical excellence, innovation, and high‑quality execution across the entire engineering lifecycle.
